Tsurumi Connect Programs

With Tsurumi Connect we offer you the possibility to automatize your pumping process.

For your start we already build in some ready to use programs, we call them presets.

In case you need special solutions, that you cannot find here, we or our certified solution partners can also help you with the individualization of Tsurumi Connect.

But check first out what we already have in, maybe one of it already reaches your needs.

Note that floater is only an example for a digital sensor, of course you can also work with a swing fork, mud sensor, limit value relay or any other digital open close sensor.

The level sensor can of course also be exchanged to any other 4-20mA analogue sensor.

factory settings

Our standard preset, which is active in delivery state.
It is a really simple program that you can directly use.
Just connect the pump and if needed floaters and maybe an optional pump.
Typically used for the following applications:
24 hours Pumping, Floater Pump, Backup Pump, simple double Pump station, inflow, discharge, alarm floater.
It also gives you remote control opportunities.
You can enter delay times on starting and stopping of the pumps and setup alarm parameters.
How it works in detail

single pump station with floater

This preset gives some nice features to a standard application.
It is designed to be used with up to 3 floaters.
You are able to do remote control with special codes.
You can enter a delay time on level reach to stop pumping.
You can set a minimum time that the Pumps shall run in case of alarm floater.
For prediction of problems, you can set up values, when the system shall warn you if a clogging or even blocking is detected.

It is designed to be used with an analogue level sensor, additionally you can use a floater as a backup.

Slurping mode recognition

With this preset the TC-Box can detect if it is in slurping condition and stops pumping for a time defined by you, to save energy.

Aerator Oxygen controlled

The aerator preset is designed to be used with an oxygen probe, when the TC-Box recognises that the oxygen level is to low, it will automatically start the pump. If it is good again the pump will stop to save energy.

With this preset you set up the timings and switching for the boosting pumps of a booster installation.

Booster base Pump

With this preset you set up the timings and switching for the base pump of a booster installation

Time controlled

This preset can be used to control the pumps by time and weekdays, also it can be combined with other presets.
If you put it below another preset you can either prevent starting the pumps in specific times (if the neighbours needs some sleep in the night) or prevent from stopping in specific times (if you want to get sure to have a filled basin at Monday morning).

pure monitoring

This preset does only monitoring, the outputs for the Pumps are always switched on.

! All Pumps OFF

This preset is for quick remote control.
You can combine it with an already loaded preset.
If you put this below another preset, all automatic switchings of the other preset are disabled and all pumps are switched off.

! All Pumps ON

This preset is for quick remote control.
You can combine it with an already loaded preset.
If you put this below another preset, all automatic switchings of the other preset are disabled and all pumps are switched on.

! Primary Off - Backup On

This preset is for quick remote control.
You can combine it with an already loaded preset.
If you put this below another preset, all automatic switchings of the other preset are disabled and pump 1 is switched off while pump 2 is switched on.

! Primary On - Backup Off

This preset is for quick remote control.
You can combine it with an already loaded preset.
If you put this below another preset, all automatic switchings of the other preset are disabled and pump 1 is switched on while pump 2 is switched off.
