Tsurumi Connect Box
This is the TC-Box itself providing you the following features:
- 4 digital Inputs (potential free), where 2 of them are also able to count impulse.
- 4 analogue inputs 4-20mA
- 2 digital Outputs (one of them already reserved for pump)
- 1 Analogue output 4-20mA
- Instant alerts
- Rotation / Phase monitoring
- Automated control of pumps and other appliances
- Real time data collection and evaluation via cloud
- Build in LAN, Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G and 4G connectivity
- Power supply is either thru a modified Motor protection Plug (see TCP-XXX-XX), thru control panel or by 230VAC externally.
TCP – Tsurumi Connect plug
If you want to use Tsurumi Connect with a CEE16A/CEE32 motor protection plug, you need a TCP Module.
The purpose of this device is to control the pump, monitor the phases and the current.
We have the following variants for you:
TCP-020-00 for the use with pumps from 0,5 till 12 Ampere.
TCP-050-00 for the use with pumps from 12 till 32 Ampere.
You can either order it directly manufactured with your desired plug or get it as an assembly kit.

Tsurumi Connect Current Sensor 50A for CEE16A/CEE32 plug
This is a modification set for the Motor protection plugs with contactor (CEE16: 5571*****; f.e. 5571501600TU or CEE32: 5572*****; f.e. 5572516000TU).
The purpose of this device is to control the pump, monitor the phases and the current.
We recommend the TCP-050-00 for the use with pumps from 12 till 32 Ampere.
TCS-020-00
Tsurumi Connect Current Sensor 20A for control cabinet
This device is intended to be used in a control cabinet.
The purpose of this device is to control the pump, monitor the phases and the current.
We recommend the TCS-020-00 for the use with pumps from 0,5 till 12 Ampere.
TCS-050-00
Tsurumi Connect Current Sensor 50A for control cabinet
This device is intended to be used either in a control cabinet or a "Traunsee" Plug (921210;921211;921212)
The purpose of this device is to control the pump, monitor the phases and the current.
We recommend the TCS-050-00 for the use with pumps from 12 till 32 Ampere.
TCS-075-00
Tsurumi Connect Current Sensor 75A for control cabinet
This device is intended to be used in a control cabinet.
The purpose of this device is to control the pump, monitor the phases and the current.
We recommend the TCS-075-00 for the use with pumps from 32 till 50 Ampere.
TCS – Tsurumi Connect control cabinet module
If you want to use Tsurumi Connect in a control cabinet you need the TCS Current Sensors for control cabinet.
The purpose of this device is to control the pump, monitor the phases and the current.
We have the following variants for you:
TCS-020-00 for the use with pumps from 0,5 till 12 Ampere.
TCS-050-00 for the use with pumps from 12 till 32 Ampere.
TCS-075-00 for the use with pumps from 32 till 50 Ampere.
TCS-200-00 for the use with pumps from 50 till 120 Ampere.
TCS-000-00 For Pumps higher than 120 Ampere we have this Tsurumi Connect Adapter for external LEM 4-20mA.
On the TCS-000-00 you will also need a third party LEM with 4-20mA output on it.
(hint: the LEM should be around double the ampere amount of your pump).
The Modules TCS-020-00 and TCS-050-00 can also be used with the "Traunsee" Plug (921210;921211;921212)
TCA-LTE-00
External LTE-antenna-set with magnet stand and lightning protection
This antenna set increases the connection strength for the mobile network connection.
It has a magnetic stand for the antenna and integrated lightning protection.
TCS-000-00
Tsurumi Connect Adapter for external LEM 4-20mA
This device is intended to be used in a control cabinet.
The purpose of this device is to control the pump.
We recommend the TCS-000-00 for the use with pumps higher than 120 Ampere.
You also need a third party LEM with 4-20mA output
(hint: the LEM should be double the ampere amount of your pump).
