There are several ways to use a Tsurumi Connect Box with our Pumps, here are the most common ones:
Mobile Version till 7,5 kW with CEE16.
In this case you can connect one Pump with full monitoring and full control and optionally a second pump (f.e. as Backup pump) controlled but not fully monitored*.
Beside the Tsurumi Connect Box (TCB-001-00) you need one motor protection plug with contactor (55715***** ; f.e.: 5571501600TU) corresponding to the needs of the connected pump, also you need the Tsurumi Connect Modification on that plug (TCP-020-00).
When you want to connect the optional second pump, the second pump must be equipped with a motor protection plug with contactor (55715***** ; f.e.: 5571501600TU) corresponding to the needs of the connected pump, but the Modification is not needed for the second pump.
If you want to connect via mobile network and you are in an area with low signal, or need to catch the signal a few meters away, we can provide you with the optional accessories TCA-LTE-00 which is a connection set containing a stronger antenna that can will be attached outside the TC-Box.
*controlled but not fully monitored means the following:
You are able to switch the pump and see the status if the TC-Box has switched the pump on or off.
The digital output signal is used for controlling the second pump.
You can monitor the overload relay of the second pump, one digital input will be used for that.

When you want to connect the optional second pump, the second pump must be equipped with a motor protection plug with contactor (92162**; f.e.: 9216212) corresponding to the needs of the connected pump.

Control Panel Versions:
In this case you have even more options on monitoring:
You can either connect one or two Pumps with full monitoring and full control.
hereby you monitor the phases of input power supply of the whole control cabinet for phase detection and the current of the primary pump with a TCS-XXX-00 Sensor corresponding to the power of your pump (hint: when your pump consumes more then 100A you shall not use TCS-200-00, use TCS-000-00 instead and go for a third party LEM with 4-20mA, double the ampere amount of your pump).
For monitoring a second pump you need a third-party LEM-Sensor with 4-20mA output, corresponding to the power of your pump (hint: the LEM should be double the ampere amount of your pump). The digital output signal and one 4-20mA input will be used for that.
Another variant here is to just monitor 5 pumps, four of them with third party LEM-Sensors 4-20mA.
In that case all analogue inputs will be used.
Also, many Variants in between this are thinkable and possible.
